Meet Sue Cuninghame
Founder of Thrive
Sue has more than 40 years of experience in behaviour support, parent/carer education, disability services, child development and learning through play. After beginning her career directing early childhood centres, Sue moved into the disability field, taking a position as an Early Intervention Advisor with the Royal Blind Society (now Vision Australia). For the past two decades, Sue, as Team Leader, has run the behaviour support programs at Noah’s Inclusion Services in Nowra. Her experience and depth of knowledge has been helping families develop their confidence and their ability to understand the ‘why’ of behaviour.
Sue understands that all families are unique and are best placed to make decisions about their lives. She sees her role as equipping families with practical evidence-based strategies to develop the ability to independently solve challenges.
Sue set up Thrive as a way of sharing her expertise and insights to empower as many families as possible to...thrive
Sue offers compassionate, non-judgmental support tailored to your family's unique needs, providing evidence-based strategies and coaching to help you navigate the challenges of modern parenting.
Sue has crafted her experience in the behaviour field over the past four decades and has had the privilege of working in partnership with hundreds of families, young people and children.
